very nice but felt the 5 minute visit could have easily done through teleconference. But understand that this was a 'post' procedure visit following my angiogram.

Giselle is a nice person, but was not good at explaining my diagnosis. Almost did it as an afterthought. She was exposing me to new thoughts and concepts for the first time and did it in a very abrupt manner - almost like I should know everything, without educating me. She asked me to take new medication without giving me a background for it. She had no answer for my objection to it when I said I was having none of the symptoms that the drug was intended to treat. I had a reaction to the contrast dye used in the angiogram and she visibly recoiled and said she couldn't help me with that - that I should talk to my PCP. (I ended up in the ER for that, btw.) She talked as though I was having surgery in the next two months, which caused alarm to us as we had no idea that my situation was urgent - in fact we were told it was not urgent - but it caused us panic. When we asked what she meant, she backtracked, but it got us worried and started us second guessing. We're not looking forward to our return to Giselle.
