Again, team checking-in and doing the x-rays were nice. Talking to the doctor, I felt rushed and didn’t get any information outside of some print outs. Now I am looking for a second opinion.

Doctor was rude, condescending and rushed, I felt rushed. I came in with a foot problem and walked out with the same foot problem. What a waste of my time never will I go to the department again.

Based on just one appointment so far, the doctor was kind, inquiring, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. It was clear that there were different options and I had agency to decide what would work best for me, informed by his expertise.

Dr Sisson is great. He didn’t have all the answers I was hoping for but he took time to understand my issue and even consulted another colleague to try to help diagnose my problem. Previously he helped me successfully address plantar fasciitis.

I would actually prefer to have more mobility now vs delay an inevitable surgery. He didn’t even ask about my pain which is 9 out of 10 or try to understand my lifestyle (I walk almost everywhere so being in constant severe ankle pain is actually quite bad). Late.
