Dr. Ross explained the treatment for my problem in a clear concise caring intelligent manner. His manner is soothing to a patient that’s about to have surgery. Dr. Ross eased my concerns and in the way he explained the procedure made an unpleasant procedure much more comfortable and reassuring.
