Mr. Ivan was very professional. I was called into the clinic at my designated time. He conducted a diagnostic, but then informed me that I had to make another appointment to get the steroid for relief of pain. This was depressing to say the least. What was more depressing was that the earliest appointment I could get was a MONTH and a DAY later. How long do you think people can live with chronic pain like this? I understood this was because of insurance telling you what to do but this you should try to change.
