It was immediately apparent that I am not one of Dr. Janes’ first hundred surgeries. My arm seems to be healing well. The relative risks of the surgery were cogently explained and all my questions were answered in a concise and clear fashion. During the first meeting to discuss my surgery, Dr Janes was the type of relaxed and alert that makes me believe that she does well in stressful/emergency situations.
