Dr. Shawn Elyse Brickner, MD, has excellently blessed me with her professional services as my Primary Care Physician (PCP) for over ten years as a senior. (Age 77 in 2024) She began caring for me shortly after my first emergency room visit that led to surgery of my small intestines. Besides regular checkups which includes various prescriptions and shots, Dr. Brickner has made critical referrals to specialty departments when my symptoms were suspect. And it didn't happen ONLY from her own planned examinations and routine ordered lab work. For example, once when communicating to her an observation of seeing just one pink spot on a tissue, she ordered an extra test that led to my referral to the Urology department and the eventually needed, minimally invasive (HoLEP) removal of my prostate. Since the best always gets the mark of "10" when scoring, I would kick it up to "11" if I could, to add the "Very" to "best" after a DECADE of her giving an old man ANOTHER DAY OF QUALITY LIFE. Thank you Dr. Shawn Brickner!
