Dr Mularczyk introduced himself when I was being prepped for surgery informing me what he would be doing in a post op visit. He explained the pathology report and general findings from the sinus surgery. His detailed information regarding the inflamed tissue/cellular structure, hyper turbinates, polyp growths, and mucosal buildup. He made sure that a numbing agent was administered so that the removal of stents and packing were of minimal discomfort and very tolerable. Dr. Mularczyk gave me information regarding a treatment plan to prevent inflamed sinus cavities and polyp growth from returning.
