Dr. Divi was thoughtful and considerate and explained the issue thoroughly and in an easy-to-understand manner while suggesting best next steps in moving toward recovery. If the phrase "great bed side manner" is still a popular term I'm going with that. The end-of-visit conversation with his assistant (I'm embarrassed to say that I can't remember her name) was great.

Dr. Kevin Welch was accurate in his initial assessment from the chronic [condition] and the need for [procedure], [specified] reduction, excising polyps in all sinus cavities bilaterally, and removal of mucosal buildup. I am forever grateful for having a renewed ability to breathe through both nares and be without continuous sinus pressure. Also, my normal sleep pattern is restored and sense of smell. The pain was minimal and only experienced over the first three days. Fortunately, Dr. Welch prescribed an antibiotic, pain reliever, and nasal rinse so that I was immediately on my way to wellness. I also feel assured that in religiously following Dr. Welch's guidance (daily use of steroidal rinse, nasal rinse, and [medication]) I will not have the same issues arise anytime soon. He was simply amazing!
