I like Dr. Dolan very much, but my insurance will not pay for many things in a hospital setting so getting blood and X-rays etc is tough. Also, her network is primarily in the Northwestern hospital system and hospital based procedures (at least at NWM) are incredibly expensive! A non-event colonoscopy was almost $6,000!

He dismissed my concerns, spoke to me for only 7 min, and didn’t examine me. I felt like pushing a medication on me without discussion other possibilities of the cause of my symptoms was poor care and bedside manner.

I had a chance of loosing a lung because I was allergic to the medicine. Dr. Prickett found a way to be desensitized to the medicine. She treated my lung condition to the fullest. If I needed to email her she always got back to me. I just can enough for her. She’s an amazing doctor and person.

He and his staff tried to diagnose my problem without the images that should have been sent from Christie in Champaign. X-rays were taken on my visit, but they didn't give all of the information he needed to give a complete diagnosis and recommendations for treatment.
