They care! They want to figure out the problem and attack it head on. No games, no words you don't understand. Your not just a PATIENT coming in with a problem (especially Dr. Lisa) she makes you feel as if is a regular conversation. She's not degrading nor disrespectful. I was so scared when I went in but came out feeling like a weight had been lifted and I feel better
