I've been a patient of Dr Persell for many years and I felt that over the years he provided me with health care tailored to my needs and issues at each point in time. More recently, I feel like Dr Persell is less interested. During this appointment he seemed particularly distracted and then abruptly left without circling back to issues that I thought he would come back to. Also, he seemed to be out of touch with how my current health metrics relate to my health history. I missed a sense of continuity that is important to me.
