I lost my job because of my migraines and inability to work and the migraines became more frequent than they originally started up. (Instead of 1-3/month they increased to about 2-4/week). I needed the doctor to update my medical forms for FMLA coverage to reflect the increase in frequency and Dr. Curran would not change the forms, even after knowing and acknowledging I was going to the ER and calling when I had so many of the migraines each week. Very saddened that a simple statement of truth about the increase in the frequency of migraines could have saved my job.
