Dr Hiten Patel is an extremely caring doctor. He takes time to explain what’s going on with your illness, what all your treatment options are and he doesn’t push the surgical solution even though he’s a surgeon. He answers all questions thoroughly and explains if you don’t understand. His office has been extremely responsive to post surgical questions and concerns. If you post a question in the portal, there’s usually a response within an hour. I have been very happy with his care.

What I really appreciate about Dr. Wiedrich is that he encourages any questions that I as a patient may have, and he makes sure to answer them when I do. Today we made a decision that I will be moving forward to surgery for my trigger fingers and it was definitely a shared decision making experience- he told me what to expect, the reasons for moving forward, the risks, and the likely outcomes and made sure I had all of my questions answered.

See above. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Good discussion of reason for surgery. Dr. Nuber’s experience and knowledge came through clearly, and he didn’t rush the visit so I was able to have my questions answered. Jeff went the extra mile, squeezing me in on relatively short notice to enable me to have enough time to recuperate so I could attend a long planned family wedding out of the country. He even contacted me on a Saturday to let me know we could move the surgery date up by a month, which was a huge help.

Same as above. Several years ago I had an issue with a tumor. I saw Dr. Gupta shortly before she was leaving on vacation. She scheduled all the necessary medical visits and called me while on vacation to see how I was doing. Have always felt that she has my best interests in mind.
