He immediately assessed my situation and came up with a short term treatment and long term holistic treatment approach. We were feeling lost and like a number within the heath care system. Doctor Blumenfeld took the time to review my case, discuss new test results and made the extra effort to help us with the next steps. He made us feel like human beings.

Dr. Blumenfeld-Kouchner is the best Dr. I have all the confidence and trust in him. He knows how you feel and he tends to your every emotion and need. It’s easy to get close to him and he’s always there when you need him.

Not only for the above reason, but because of his close coordination of our much-needed social services contact, to include creating and copying legal papers and a medical power-of-attorney; for ALL these reasons and his direct interaction with our daughter and thoroughness of insuring our understanding, he is a truly exceptional practitioner.

I wish there was an 11 for me to pick. “Cura Personalis” is something my Alma mater preaches, care for the person or WHOLE person. Dr. Francois does this, and of course his focus on his actual role. I couldn’t be happier to have him on my care team!

We feel so fortunate that Dr. Francois helped us w/ the decision to place my mother in hospice. This difficult decision was eased by his knowledge, experience, understanding, & kindness. My mother's PCP, Dr. [last name], would like to stay updated on my mother's health. However, she recommended & we agree that Dr. Francois is the perfect physician to help my mother thru hospice. He completely understands the difficulty of hospice care at home & has had many helpful suggestions to deal w/ this. NM should feel fortunate to have such a wonderful physician on their Palliative Care staff. Thank you, Dr. Francois!

Smart, kind, caring, listens, quick call backs after tests, ease to get in touch with and wonderful bedside manner. I felt cared for and supported. I never feel rushed and in fact quite the opposite, he spent the longest any doctor has ever spent in an exam. He also made sure my husband was included in conversation and didn’t have questions. 20/10 in my opinion.

He’s compassionate, kind, attentive and caring. Has much empathy for you as a human. Very personable and I’m Blessed to have him as a part of my care team! I truly appreciate him very much and thank him so greatly! He is much needed in the important role of my care.
