He is extremely courteous and provides a concise and clear explanation of my condition and answers my questions in a manner that is clearly understood. It should be mentioned that his staff, Jennifer and Helen, always take their time before and after appointments to ensure there are no further questions and go over next steps regarding my health. They are awesome.
