Recovery and Outcome: I'm thrilled to report that I am now pain-free and able to walk miles without any discomfort. The improvement in my mobility and quality of life is remarkable. Dr. Alter has been my surgeon twice this year & I believe he is most professional and knowledgeable. He performed a hysterectomy via DaVinci method which was an amazing experience & I went home the same day. My second surgery was this month and I am still healing from removal of EMPD tissue. I never heard of this as it is rare. The staff at the cancer center in Warrenville have been a great support. Thank you.
