The way she treated me as a patient was the best experience I've ever had with a doctor. She was empathetic and explained everything in a way that was easily understood. She was flexible with her schedule according to my circumstances. She understood the stress I was under and treated me like person, not just a patient. I had total proctocollectomy 3 yrs ago at NM due to Crohn’s disease. A small Cyst appeared on my stoma, started bleeding for > 2 months, Nurse Mary helped to see Dr Hardy, Colorectal Surgeon. Dr Hardy is amazing. She is compassionate, kind, caring & friendly. She took care of my issue in a single visit. Rebecca, PA assisted Dr Hardy in removing the cyst. Thanks so much for taking care of me. I’ll definitely refer Dr Hardy to my family & friends.
