Dr. Payne is so kind, thoughtful, thorough, and didn't rush through things. He explained everything to us with details on the what and whys of our situation, and he wanted to be conservative first before discussing surgery, which thankfully we did not need. Plus, our child was so nervous and he made them feel so much better with his kind demeanor!

Dr. Alter takes the time to educate providing hand drawn diagrams answering all inquiries and providing additional resources for reference regarding procedures.
