As stated above, Dr. Marcus knows the details of my case before she walks in the door. She is always prepared for the appointment and makes me feel like she is on my side. She listens and takes my concerns seriously. She is very kind and personable. I was under a different doctor's (at a different organization) care and didn't feel cared about at all. I felt alone and in a scary place. That all changed when I switched to NM and Dr. Marcus and her team.
