Dr Kay offered a thorough explanation of the impending surgery. I am a retired RN and understood the process. However, my husband (who has no medical knowledge), said he was able to completely comprehend all aspects of the upcoming surgery. Dr Kay was also extremely reassuring and respectful in his manner.
