Friendly, knowledgeable, professional...listens, pays attention to what I am saying/asking and is flexible. Doesn't push medications or procedures like some doctors do. Even though I do not live in IL, and only visit family here this time each year, he remains my primary doctor. I have been a patient for approximately 25 years. I currently live in a rural area of WA and do have a PA and clinic there in case of emergency, but records are sent to him as my primary. I trust him and count myself lucky.
