Dr. Kay was great to talk with about my thyroid gland. He showed me pictures of my thyroid and its location in my body. Dr. Kay is very knowledgeable and explained everything in a very logical sequence. I felt very comfortable listening and following along with his explanations. I really appreciated his efforts and his taking the time to explain everything. He also explained the next steps for me. I am looking forward to visiting with him in the future. He was very kind, respectful and easy to listen to.
