Dr. Seth Kay is an excellent listener and communicator. He verbally walked me though each step of the biopsy procedure. He explained in understandable terms what we were seeing on the Ultrasound of my thyroid. He never rushed through any aspect of the visit, answered clearly our questions, and created a positive feeling within me about my condition and possible treatments for it.
