She was very nice, professional & listened to my concerns & was helpful. She went out of her way to get a hearing test done after my appointment so I didn’t have to come back.Initially when o made the appointment the scheduler said we don’t need a hearing test. So a few weeks go by & two days before appointment they tell me I will need a hearing test but it can’t be done same day & I’ll have to come back. So I try & schedule both on same day & impossible while dealing with my ear problem so I say keep appointment. Then at appointment they squeezed me in & im so very thankful.

She was nice but I felt she rushed through the appt and didn’t address all my concerns that I told the nurse. Of course I didn’t remember them until after I had left. I called back about one of them being my high blood pressure that was taken. I also had mentioned pain I was having and that wasn’t brought up either. She did inspect the swollen tissue on my arm pit and then said I should get an ultra sound but didn’t say why or what she found and I felt no comfort from that. I was too shocked to ask questions. I really thought that it would be nothing. Nothing was talked about in what to expect this next month until next appt. It was a rushed exam I felt. And after she told me about the ultrasound I just wanted to leave. I wish she had been more detailed and comforting to me and gone over all my concerns that I had told the nurse and about the blood pressure.
