She seems to be very intelligent, and professional. Her speed of speech and pace of the conversation is very upbeat and fast. It requires quick, very clear mind to keep up with it and answer all her questions and provide critical information to receive the best care. Unfortunately, not everyone is equipped with that, especially when you are not in your best medical condition.

Does not listen to patience needs. Concludes his way or the highway. Kept asking me over and over why didn't I go to pain clinic oct nov at time I was taken back by his behavior and couldn't think straight I felt like I was being drilled why why why. When I came home I remembered the Covid was still high, I was not vaccinated then and I was suffering from severe breathing problems from bronchitis and it was totally not the time for me to go. I was really sick and at high risk for Covid I was frightened to leave home
