He did not listen to my concerns. Believes sending me to PT before identifying the root of the problem is the way to go even when I expressed my dissatisfaction. He was rude and condescending. I will not return to his office. If I am unable to find a doctor who is willing to listen to my concerns I will be switching to Advocate.

I have been extremely happy with how I have treated as a patient with such care and concern within all departments of Dr. William Sterba’s team, office staff and all involved with him. His staff has treated me with great respect and concern regarding my issue. As for Dr. William Sterna himself he is a very cautious surgeon and truly cares for you as his patient & what the best outcome will be for you as his patient. Kudos to Dr. Sterba I have 💯 % faith for a great outcome for my upcoming surgery. I haven’t any worries. Thank you!
