Iâ€™ve been seeing Dr Zoretic for probably 15 years now. From day 1 Iâ€™ve felt like he truly listens to me & my concerns. He explains things in a way that I can understand - and is never rushed. Iâ€™ve brought almost my entire family to him. He took care of my mother who passed away 2 years ago. I brought her to an apt with me while she was ill & Dr Z asked if he could go out & say hello to her. He sat & talked to her in the lobby for about 15 min. Thatâ€™s a caring doctor!! Iâ€™ll forever be his patient.

Doctor did not sanitize nor put on gloves during my treatment. He performed an ultrasound, gave his diagnosis, discussed my next visit with me, said I could leave the exam room. He left, never wiped gel from my neck (place of the ultrasound), nor give or direct me as to where I could obtain wipes to clean the gel from my neck. Also, there is NEVER an after visit summary posted in my chart. I have asked him about this before (during my second appointment with him), he seemed to get 'an attitude' about this as I explained to him that I could read after-visit summaries from my other doctors but not from him. His reply to me was, 'Yes, you've mentioned that already, no need to say it again (in a nasty manner).
