Iâ€™ve had a horrible cough for about 7 yrs before seeing Dr. Kay. There have been times Iâ€™ve had to pull over or excuse myself from a restaurant because I was coughing so bad. Theyâ€™ve run a lot of tests and said thereâ€™s nothing there that they can see that would cause such a cough. I talk to Dr Kay for 15 minutes at my first appointment and he gives me a diagnosis and a treatment that worked. You have NO idea how nice it is to be able to sleep through the night or go through the day without coughing like crazy. Thank you Dr Kay ðŸ™ŒðŸ?¼

Only one complaint. A better 'layman's terms' explanation of what is happening when a canker sore manifests and how the medication prescribed interrupts that process would have been appreciated. In the end, this is a side issue if treatment works. If, however, treatment is not successful and a new course of medication is required, a more inclusive/narrative approach is helpful for the patient in tolerating changes of direction/treatment.
