Because she listened to my concerns of why i had made my appointment and are working on a solution to fix the ongoing problem. She answered any and all questions and didn't make me feel like any of them were dumb questions. She got back to me with test results even over a weekend as soon as she had them.

Dr Bill is the best, we wouldn’t see anyone else. He’s an amazing physician and has the best bedside manner. Even when sick, he makes our children laugh and it’s never a big deal going to see Dr Bill in our house. I know that my children are in great hands with him as their pediatrician and I trust him 110%.

I am forever grateful to Dr. Klem for performing surgery on my head. I was extremely nervous considering my brain is so close to the Pilar cyst. I ran through a bunch of worst case scenarios. What if the cyst was cancerous? What if there was brain fluid inside? What would my scar look like? Would he leave excess skin so it would look funny? As a man who went bald at 19 and have been shaving my skull for the last 15 years I was worried about the after. I literally just took the scab off my head a week later after a shower and you can not even see the scar with the naked eye! Nothing! It was so well done and perfect and I no longer have a macadamia nut unicorn cyst popping out of my head. For two and a half years people stared at it immediately and I became self conscious of it and now it’s gone and I can move on with my life. I’m so relieved. Surgeons are the closest thing to God on Earth. I’m glad I was recommended to him & I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking care of me. I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
