Dr. Alter had a very pleasant demeanor. He explained what he thought was the best option for me. He was great about answering all of my questions. He took a lot of time with me, explaining the procedure,the length of recovery, and my need for physical therapy. He didn't skirt the possibility of any negative results and we spoke of that possibility. As I have not had the surgery yet, I cannot speak to his surgical skills, but feel confident that he will do his best.
