Je explained everything very carefully and was very patient. He was reassuring and gentle with my broken humerus ! Sometimes you can feel somewhat humiliated by a doctor and he gave me the total opposite feeling treating me with respect.

He seemed technically competent and on both of my appointments with him he seemed to listen, convey info clearly, and give me the time I needed to get all my questions answered. My reluctance here has to do with 'systems issues'...... I think there should ave been more opportunities for direct communication with him - and it would have smoothed the way through the pre and post op phases.
