I felt the doctor was very rushed. I had to fill out many long questionaires. The questions asked were not addressed in my appointment ( which was a video appointment ) In my in person appointment she was again rushed. The fellow found some issues but those issues were not addressed. Because had just had a procedure I did not have the presence of mind to address the findings of the fellow. I would say the care was not well coordinated between providers I saw

Dr. Payne is always thoughtful and respectful, and open to exploring various treatment options, while giving thorough explanations each and of his own advice. Whenever there are difficult decisions to be made he does not hesitate to explain the possible negative outcomes as well as the basic goal of treatment and its normal risks. I have thought from the beginning that he is honest and thorough, and this has given me great confidence to follow his advice. I appreciate that at every visit he takes the time to clarify whenever there are questions. I highly recommend Dr. Payne!
