I think he’s a good doctor and dies the very best he can both in giving explanations and in his surgical skills. His one place for improvement: don’t use phrase “I’m sorry”. He may be but individuals who have raised kids have heard it all too often. Maybe say things like… I understand your frustrations and then try to address these issues minus that phrase.
