I felt he did a great job with the actual procedure. The pre-op care should have included more details of what recovery exactly looks like in days 1-10, types of medications, effects and possible symptoms and outcomes. The post-op care needed much more follow-up phone calls, could have prevented extra complications of the pain, vomiting and dehydration.
