He listens, helps me understand what we can do next .When I was breaking down from being overwhelmed with everything. He took the time to sit down and talk me through how living with long term pain can and will be okay. It's hard to find the right formula but we will find it. That made me feel good, like he wasn't just a doctor running in and out of room for copay.but rather a doctor who cares.

He listens so patiently to my questions and concerns, and he responds to the issues clearly (in terms I can understand). He is an expert with robotic surgery. He figured out how (robotically) to do my Pyleplasty surgery with a large implanted pain pump sitting right over the kidney. He consults with other surgeons when appropriate.
