Dr Wade was patient and thorough and incredibly informative—explaining things while drawing diagrams to illustrate this complex surgical procedure. He went through the details of our case including possible complications and steps taken to be prepared for those possibilities, as well as intervention should they occur. He listened to our concerns and appreciated our uncertainties. He was respectful and compassionate. We had previously met with Dr. [ ] and felt the same after our consult with him.
