Completely unprofessional, made joke references before even introducing himself to me. Laughed and made jokes about me and my concerns to his staff right on the other side of the patient room door. Did not take my concerns seriously, bad bedside manner, and couldn’t wait to move on to the next patient ($$$). After all he’s a back surgeon, and he doesn’t know why some people are recommended to him but he will see whoever they send to him, even if he can’t help, (his words). A formal complaint was already made with the practice manager. Several office staff are very aware of this incident because they were witnessing it.

Dr. Kay was amazing. He addressed the concerns & tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He wanted me to get a hearing test done ASAP but no one was available as he would have liked. Once it was completed, he told me that things looked good on his end and suggested further testing. The entire staff was concerned as to my walking condition & made sure I got to every area safely.
