I feel that Dr. Hale really listens to me, and truly has a holistic approach to his practice. He is very thorough, direct, and does well educating me about ways I can treat my symptoms apart from medication. He is responsive on MyNM, so I feel like my questions/concerns are being addressed promptly. In addition, he has a warm presence and is very kind.
