He sees me as a whole person, not a number or a thing with some symptoms. I am a fairly plain speaker and he is very accepting of that. We have discussions about what is in my best interest physically as well as mentally. Types of medications are discussed, not dictated. Dr. Ruderman is a very compassionate man, looks me in the eye when speaking with me. Types notes into the computer file as we discuss what has been happening with me so the information is accurate.

He spent time with me and I didnt feel rushed . Im leaving the present doctor Im seeing as I hadnt seen her since 2019 even tho I was going in for fusions and she wasnt reading my records of pain level or anything else for two years . Why was I giving the nurse my pain level if no one was seeing it . I really felt they dropped the ball and the receptionists they have are not ALL pleasant and talk down to you if you do something wrong like forget your ins card . I feel I will be in better hands with Dr Ruderman and Ive lost a little trust in my other doctor .
