Dr. Ward takes as much time as needed with his patients. I feel he really listens to his patients. He is very thorough in reviewing the health of his patients & offers steps to improve our health.

Dr. Ward is open to discussion of my issues with an ear to identifying with them on a personal basis. I feel that his recommendations are tuned uniquely to my needs. His referrals to Northwestern specialty care providers have helped me as well.. I feel well taken care of by anyone within the organization.
