Brought my mother to see Dr Flatt on a recommendation for hip and sciatica pain. She had seen orthopedics and physical therapists for it with no relief until she saw Dr Flatt. Improvement after first session and complete relief after a few!

Dr. Flatt is friendly, professional and honest. Unlike other chiropractors, he wants my back problem to be resolved in the shortest time possible and expects me to participate in my recovery through exercise and other healthy habits.

Dr. Flatt was excellent. He was very personable and I appreciated his explanations and examples on what he thought was going on with me. He took the time to go over my history and ensure I was doing okay throughout my appointment. This was my first time seeing Dr. Flatt and he definitely has left a positive first impression compared to other doctors.

It's the people that make the business and Dr. Flatt is absolutely emblematic of that for Northwestern. He's personable, patient, empathetic, and thorough. He's someone I would follow to any practice if he ever moved.
