Years ago a more complete exam was given, but I'm assuming that isn't as necessary with the lab tests I now receive. I've been on the same or similar medications for all of that time. Many years ago I was given a steroid injection directly into my knee, but not for a few years now.

Dr. Giangreco was able to evaluate me and answer most of my questions to my satisfaction but seems to have a very specialized knowledge in Rheumatology. I'm confident that he has a high level of expertise in this field, but he seemed unwilling or unable to think of other options for me to pursue in regard to my specific health condition. Since I apparently don't have arthritis or inflammation, or a condition related to Rheumatology there wasn't anything Dr. Giangreco could do to cure my condition.

Rationale for questionable in my view, decisions were not explained. Due to RA my feet are waiting for surgical procedures, Dr Giangreco has never seen or had any need to evaluate degree of my feet deformity. No treatment plan, no comprehensive assessment done since initial contact years ago.

Just wouldn’t recommend a rheumatologist to anyone with an immune suppressant disease. I don’t know enough about medicine yo do so.
