I have many reasons why I would recommend Darlene to people who I know. She has always showed concern about my illness and has suggested things to help me live a quality life when I try to share with my loved ones. She stayed vigilant trying to find an answer to my medication and I believe she has met her challenge finding a new medication for me to take. Since I started taking the medication 3 to 4 months ago I have not experienced hallucinations and delusional thinking. All my symptoms are at a level for me to manage my daily functions within my household. I had my appointment today and Darlene surprised me with a balloon, cupcake and card from the office personnel, wishing me a happy birthday. This is the first time I ever had a doctor and office staff make me feel special on my birthday 🎈🎂 I am humbled and very grateful for the love I feel in the walls of the office. I could not stop smiling I was so touched in my heart and felt like I was part of a special occasion for many years since I was diagnosed.

Darlene Flowers has been a bright light on my mental health journey since i’ve met her. She has a unique way of being relatable and understanding, which allows me to share the feelings/thoughts that I so desperately need to bring to the surface to heal myself. Her genuine love and dedication for her role as a psychiatrist and helper is evident each time we meet. I’m ALWAYS better off after we connect and figure things out together. I’m extremely grateful for her talents and gifts.

Darlene is an asset to her position in the office which is really hard to find in the psychiatric field of doctors. I always look forward to my visit with her every appointment I have. Her bedside manner is unremarkable compared to others I have seen in the past. I am surprised that she finally found an answer to my medication with same goal I didn't think was possible because I was always over medicated feeling like a zombie with end result is I only have one pill 💊 to take now to help with my symptoms of feeling like everyone is out to get me. I never felt better than I do now since I have clear thoughts and more comfortable feelings that I have not experienced in years.
