Danielle had me at ease for my knee shot. She explained things well and gave me the option of getting the shot in my knee while bent vs. lying down. I chose lying down and felt the result was much better.

PA Murphy was efficient, friendly, and both personable and professional. She was thorough in obtaining a history and her exam. She also articulated next steps, as well as some of the treatments that we may end up doing. I felt well-informed.

Danielle was very kind an caring. The only thing that unfortunately occurred is she had to stick me twice when administering the shot. That never happened to me before and I’ve been getting injections at Northwestern orthopedics downtown for at least six years.
