He listens and 'fixes' problems that arise, such as the one I had with the care team and specialty pharmacy not requesting the medication from specialty pharmacy but submitting it to insurance, which was declined.

Dan was running late so I had to wait about 45 minutes to see him. When he did come into the room he immediately apologized for the delay. We took a few minutes to talk. Dan was very respectful, pleasant, and kind. He did a great job with the orthovisc injections. I would not hesitate to make future appointments with him.
