Dr Otterman is excellent. She takes time to listen, explain and discuss. It never seems she is in a hurry because she answers my questions completely. She is patient at listening to my opinions and treats me with respect. I appreciate her.

No one has ever asked me for a pulmonologist recommendation. She is easy to talk to and pleasant. She monitors me. She is not the prescribing physician in this case.
