Dr Cristina Anez de Gomez is the best of the best. She introduced me to the world of practicing mindfulness and healthy habits with food and exercise. I feel like she genuinely cares about me as a person, and will help guide me to be the healthiest version of me. Most are afraid of aging, but i know i’ll be okay because i have Dr. Cristina Anez Gomez here to help. Each year i feel better and better! She gives great feedback and recommendations that i take seriously. I really like her and am thankful to have her as my primary care physician.
