She spends significant time with you - looks at you as a whole person, including mind, spirit and body and does a good job educating on what one can do to get healthier. Excellent bedside manner. Very thorough.

Have never really had a doctor until Dr. Anez that I feel truly cares about someone as a person and not just another patient. She is amazing.

Dr. Anez is very optimistic in her attitude and gives the impression that she is always thinking about practical things to help her patients. Plus, I am confident that Dr. Anez reads current literature and keeps up with her professional educational obligations. She takes the time to listen to her patients and makes me feel that she cares about being the best doctor she can be.

Dr. Cristina I. Anez de Gomez is the VERY best! Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and sees the whole person when caring for her patients. Kindly guides for better health rather than my previous experiences where doctors use shame to change behavior.

I have already recommended Dr. Anez de Gomez to two of my friends and they are also currently her patients. Dr. Anez is a very caring and approachable person and she covers so many aspects of maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle for me. I am extremely fortunate to be very healthy, take little meditation, am very active for my age, however, under Dr. Anez de Gomezs care and guidance I always learn something from her to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I am very grateful she is my primary care physician and cant sing her praises enough! She is amazing!
