Listened to me. Many doctors do not really listen, especially specialists

She was excellent! Dr Kalal is warm, personable, Patient, listens attentively, looks you in the eye and treats you like a human being. She was super helpful in providing referrals to appropriate specialists and also calling in my prescription. I provided her with my entire history on paper (I brought it to the visit) and shared everything verbally and she was willing to upload my five page typed up history into the system.I could not of asked for more from her. I’m sad that she is leaving to deliver her baby but obviously happy for her. The problem with the appointment that they gave me was it was short sighted because I obviously need an interim doctor until I can get in with Dr. Kansal May 2022. I would have loved to work with Dr Kalal Collette until May 2022 but she is now out to have a baby.I have already requested of the group to provide me with an interim doctor until May 2022 and request to Dr. Young since she is new to the practice and has some openings. I’m hoping she will be available to me should I get sick between now and May 2022 and also for any appropriate referrals and also for renewing my prescription once a month. I’m not looking to transition care to her specifically because I’m going to be transitioning it in May 2022. I also do not feel I should have to come in and meet with her and tell her my whole history again because I just was there and told her to Dr. Kalal plus I had Dr Kalal scan the entire history into my chart in the system.I am hoping her group follows up with me. Meanwhile 10+ for Dr Kalal. As a newer physician, she was Outstanding.
