In the past, she kept us waiting for over two hours for our appointment. This time we were late due to the fact that the police had completely blocked off Winfield Road due to a fatal car crash. She responded by cancelling my wife's appointment and then sending a insulting and demeaning letter as a warning to us to never to be late again. She made no attempt to understand someone's legitimate explanation.
